I’m tired of trying to find hotspots–I want internet access on a handheld device at all times. I read about evdo, wimax, etc. What is your opinion of the best device I should look into purchasing. I’m not really looking for phone access, just a handheld that will let me access things like my Yahoo/Hotmail from anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks.

just stick to a cell phone comes usually comes with all the features that you are asking and might be a little more smaller and save more money
The place your in doesnt have many hotspots then you need service like 3g instead.
