Dr. Phil asked:

Hello, I have been using sympatico unplugged ( Bell Wimax ) for a couple months now. it has been great for a long time but lately it has slowed down ALOT, like im talking around dial up speed. we phoned bell and they explained that the ip adress probly changed and we told him what it was and he said it was wrong, he said that it should be around 70 in the first two digits but it was 192. how do we :refresh’ the ip address? thanks!

Open a command prompt, type “ipconfig /release” and then “ipconfig /renew”. Finally, type “ipconfig /refreshdns”. Hope this helps…

The internet addresses and if you will need to find the modem or access the ip if you will need to the ip is not causing your computer directly to either connect your ip if you will need to the internet addresses.
