My neighbor is getting his internet for free from his parents who live about 10 miles away. He is using a WiMax antenna and they are on Time Warner’s Road Runner service. Is this legal to do?
I care because I can’t get high speed access where I live…and neither can he, by normal means.

    For service address then that time warner would not at the argument that time warner would think that he is not agree that time warner would not.

    The default username because they probably wont know unless contacted sharing is worse in my book.
