Internet connection problems?

I have Bell WiMax home wireless internet. And the modem works perfectly. When I turn my computer on sometimes it senses the internet and sometimes not. Usually after a long break turned off it need 2-4 restarts. Do I have to configure the wireless internet? Anyways anyone else have this problem. It’s really annoying.
