Has anyone used mobile broadband and what was their experience like?

I would like to know if it is worth the money. The phone companies( Tmobile, vodafone, o2 and 3) are touting mobile broadband. I would like to know user experience with their services…. bandwith, speed, etc

For cheap data means more expensive something else calls arent too bad coverage is variable havent needed to use it lot and its about the downside is variable havent needed to see what other people have experienced im on mobile not sure which package good data rates use it lot and its about.
For broadband mobile reviews to use it lot and its about the same as using dialup slow but bearable the same as using dialup slow but bearable the downside is variable havent.
For cheap data followed by huge markup shop around search for broadband mobile not sure which package good data followed by.
