Delay guarantee for real time polling service?

Hey, I need ur help..
We r in the midst of a project that involves call admission control algorithms for wimax.
As u know there is one quality of service called RTPS(real time polling service) that requires a certain delay gurantee.
Can anyone tell me what is the standard delay gurantee that is provided for RTPS???
I mean , we need a standard value. If u can mention the particular network where that standard value is used, then it will be really helpful.
